So let’s talk antioxidants.

What are they? What do they do for our body and our skin? Well, quite a lot actually! Antioxidants act like a dynamic shield against the detrimental effects of free radicals or ‘oxidants’ which are caused by external factors such as smoking, pollution, UV light and even environmental aggressors that you cannot see.

Free radicals that are left to roam unhampered can actually harm the skin and most certainly contribute to skin damage and perceptible signs of ageing.
